Terms:

We ship via UPS, and delivery time within the continental US is
1 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Orders
received by us will normally be shipped within 1 to 2 days, unless
part of the order needs to be special-ordered or is on backorder.
- California
residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax.
- Returned
merchandise or Specail Order Item Cancellation must be pre-arranged
by phone and may be subject to 10-20% restocking fee.
- All
return items must acquire an RA (Return Authorization) number
over the phone and items must be returned within 30 days of receiving
date. All return items must be in new condition and in their original
packages. All returns on free shipping items will be charged the
original shipping amount.
- ATV
wheel kits take 1 business day to mount the tires and wheels depending
on the availability, most of the times we ship the wheel kits
very next day of the original order date. Cancelling an ATV Wheel
Kit order is subject to a 10% cancellation charge (applies only
if we have built the kit).
- For
all exchanges there will be $10.00 exchange fee on all items and
$15.00 exchange fee on all riding gear and plastics. All exchange
items must be in new condition and in their original packages.
International
Orders:
- Orders
shipped outside the Continental US will be shipped via UPS and
USPS. USPS is the most reliable for international shipping.
In some cases we ship through UPS.
- Payment
of International orders must be made in advance by Paypal directly
to our bank. If you are interested in making an International
order, please Click Here to email us. Please note
in your email that you need Paypal instructions and we will email
it to you.
- There is a $100.00
minimum on International orders.
- You can also
email us to get a shipping quote if you like.
