AC Racing Bumpers
AC Racing Bumpers made of 6061-T6 aluminum heli-arc welded bumpers are
the best Heli-Arc welded with tubular mounts for a form fit Uses stock
mounting points Built in mud screen to stop flying debree(BRUSHED) Polished
comes without a mud screen.
AC Racing Grab Bars
AC Racing Grab Bars are made from 6061 extruded 1" aluminum tubing.
All grab bars come with aluminum tabs to hold tail lights or rear number
for racing. They also have thick whip antenna mount with a 1/2" hole.
All grab bars are heli-arc welded for a hand crafted look. All parts are
CNC machined. Available in Standard and Wide sizes.
AC Racing Loading
Ramps
AC Racing Aluminum Loading Ramps for dirt bikes. The inside of the channel
is 6 1/4" wide to fit the largest of knobby tires. AC's ramps are
reversed dimpled to be strong yet light weight (300 lb max capacity).
Ramps are made of 6061 aluminum with a bright zinc plated steel tongue.
Available in 6 & 8 foot lengths..
AC Racing Nerf Bars
AC Racing Nerf Bars are the design leaders, mounting the bars to the front
of the foot pegs(for better ground clearance) and to front motor mounts.
AC's nets are attached by formed double welded tabs. Made of sturdy 1
3/8" extruded tubing and heliarc welded for a handcrafted appearance.
All AC nerf's have a gentle upsweep to keep from digging in or bottoming
out. Works with all factory fender guards (Honda / Yamaha)..

Racing Stands
AC Racing Stands constructed from aluminum with an easy to use, foot activated
lift and release. The four-point base provides stability on un-even surfaces.
A heavy rubber pad is glued and riveted to the top. .
AC Racing Subframes
AC Racing Subframes duplicate the stock subframes except out of aluminum.
We use square or round tubing depending on the OEM manufacturer. All tubing
is CNC bent for quality and accuracy.
